The following scorecard lists several key votes in the Colorado General Assembly in 2025 and ranks state representatives and senators based on their fidelity to (U.S.) constitutional and limited-government principles.

Senate Votes
1. Same-sex "Marriage"
Repealed Colorado's statute clarifying that a marriage is valid only if it is between one man and one woman.
2. International Building Codes
Requires local governments to ensure their building codes meet or exceed the accessibility provisions of the International Building Code.
3. Gender-neutral Language in Statute
Replaced gender-specific language with gender-neutral language throughout Title 35 of the Colorado Revised Statutes.
4. Ammo Sales Restrictions
Tightens rules on ammunition sales in the state.
5. Film Tax Credit
Creates a new refundable state-tax credit program to support the film-festival industry.
