Removes the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) as an approved database for identifying voters whose residential addresses may have changed.

Creates a felony crime under state law for possessing, obtaining, receiving, selling, or using parts designed or intended to convert a pistol into a machine gun, commonly known as "Glock switches."

Strengthens immigration enforcement by requiring status checks on detainees and creating state-level crimes for human smuggling and harboring illegal aliens.

Amends Alabama law by explicitly defining sex-based terms such as "male," "female," "man," "woman," and related categories.
